Dana Allen is the Community Manager at Carroll Financial. Her role is to create a consistent client experience, beginning with the very first interaction, whether by phone, by email, or in person. Dana cultivates a warm, bright, and hospitable environment where clients feel comfortable. She goes above and beyond to ensure that clients are well taken care of, and works passionately to create brand awareness and loyalty by supporting marketing efforts.
Dana graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Marketing from Western Carolina University in 2000 and began a career in sales before relocating to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she worked for 4 years as the office manager for a small financial firm. A North Carolina native, she couldn’t wait to move back from Philly in 2017 with her husband, three kids, and four fur-babies.
