We had a phone call with a marketing agency a while back and they told us that we needed to do something about our logo. During the call they made the comment, “So you’ve got a generic little icon and the words Carroll Financial under it.”
We took a little bit of offense to this. A member of our team pointed out that, while we explain our logo on our website, maybe we should occasionally remind people of its significance.
So here it goes: Our logo is composed of eight interlocking C’s and these C’s represent the ways we strive to earn our clients’ trust.
Clients – The best interest of our clients is the only interest that matters to us. Putting our clients first is the most important step in building trust.
Commitment – We are committed to providing our clients with an exceptional level of service, communication, and financial advice.
Consistency – Being consistent and dependable instills trust; we must follow through and always do what we say we will do.
Customization – Each relationship is unique and every client deserves an approach that is customized to meet their individual needs.
Communication – Communication is essential in building trust. While our clients may not understand every financial decision, helping them understand the approach and the thinking behind decisions is an important aspect of the relationship.
Character – Character and integrity are fundamental to being trustworthy; these qualities must show through in all of our actions inside or outside of the office.
Common Sense – We don’t believe that there are any tricks or magic solutions in financial planning. We believe that the best answers are often simple and should pass the “common sense” test.
Community – Our company and our people must be dedicated to our community. We have been working with clients in the Carolinas for over 30 years, and we are grounded in the Charlotte community.
The Bottom Line: We hope that this is an outline of the reasons why people choose to work with us. We work hard to earn and to keep your trust. If there is anything that we can do to serve you better, we would truly appreciate your feedback and if you don’t like our logo please let us know.E-Newsletter
